Reuse an existing FME Server but create a secure route from the public internet back to your FME Server.

Host a second FME Server in a DMZ within your network that allows FME to be exposed to the outside world.

FME Cloud

Fully secure, externally hosted solution that lives close to third party cloud applications like ESRI ArcGIS Online and Office 365. If your data lives in the cloud then this is an easy solution.
