Overall Goal	To Demonstrate how FME and Survey123 can be linked together
Demonstrates	Linking a Survey in Survey123, to FME Server via a Webhook and Extracting that Information into a Report.

Build A Survey App:

Recreate the Lamp post Inspection report in Survey123 using the same fields as in the FME Data Inspector Workspace.

The App should look something like this.

Connect it to FME Server:

Once you have created the app in the survey's settings you can add a web hook from FME Server.

Build FME Workflow:

Using the skills you learned in the previous two exercises build an FME Automation that will pick up a request from the Survey123 web hook and pass it into an Automation that will produce an output report in HTML for each condition survey that is undertaken.
